| Dr. Ben Stoebner was born in Ridgecrest, California and graduated with a bachelorís degree in Biology from the University of San Diego. In 1993 Dr. Stoebner earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University, College of Optometry, Forest Grove, Oregon. After completing a residency at the San Francisco VA Hospital, he practiced as Comanagement Director at Valley Eye Institute, Fresno, California. Dr. Stoebner joined Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute in 1996 and completed a 2-year fellowship program in ocular disease and surgery comanagement. He practices at PCLIís Vancouver, Washington office. Dr. Stoebner likes playing acoustic guitar, hiking, camping, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. Dr. Stoebner and his wife Carolyn have a son, Marcus. |
